Introduction:

On larger conference and incentive based events we operate ‘Leisure Selector Programmes’ where delegates are offered a variety of half day activities and tours from which to select. This format allows delegates to select their own itinerary and ensure they participate in activities or tours of their own choice.

Lunch would usually be taken at the client’s conferencing hotel.

Approximate Times:  

Morning:      09.30 departure with a 12.30 return to hotel

Afternoon    13.45 departure with a 16.45 return to hotel

Managing Delegate Selections:

It would be normal for large groups to have selected their activities or tours in advance of the event, and if required ‘Think Jersey’ can provide a link on your own website where we strusture and manage the acitivy and tours options through our own online delegate registration  system.

For the live event Think Jersey would operate a hospitality desk in the clients conference hotel from to ensure a seamless management of the programme.
