This half / full day programme commences with your group being led on foot or tractor around Jersey’s award winning oyster beds, the short tour will also highlight the surrounding wildlife by means of a fun low water fishing competition.  The low tide section of the programme is then followed by an oyster opening and tasting challenge (with champagne!) before a fresh Fruit de Mer is served on Seymour Tower. As the tide turns the programme evolves into kayaking tour around the rocks and gullies of the east coast. There is an option to overnight on Seymour Tower, (a Jersey Heritage site) which is Napoleonic structure located 1 mile out to sea at high tide!
