A unique and rewarding programme spent with a Jersey Michelin-starred chef as he showcases his skills and shares his local knowledge both in his kitchen and at a local fishery supplier.
To commence, time will be spent with Mark Jordan, Michelin-starred chef in his restauarnt. Here guests will learn a little about the life of a chef in Jersey before gaining the necessary skills on how to choose and prepare the freshest, best quality produce. As part of the morning programme guests will experience a special trip with Mark Jordan to Faulkner Fisheries where they will learn how to select fresh shellfish and seafood before building a menu for their own lunch!
The highlight of the day will be a gourmet lunch showcasing the best of Jersey’s produce accompanied by matching wines and delivered with impeccable service. This experience is one that will stay in the memory for many years.
To ensure the memories do not fade, all participants will go away with a souvenir Mark Jordan apron; personalised tasting notes from the sommelier, giving information on the wines served plus a specially printed menu* detailing the food enjoyed.
